Baku: Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has expressed his condolences to Guido Crosetto, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Italy, following a tragic military accident. Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense shared this information with APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from Colonel General Hasanov conveyed his sorrow over the deaths of two servicemen resulting from a T-260B aircraft crash. The aircraft belonged to the 70th Wing of Latina of the Italian Air Force and went down during a training flight near the Circeo National Park.
In his message, Colonel General Hasanov offered prayers for the repose of the souls of the deceased and extended his deepest condolences to their families, hoping for eternal peace for the departed.
