It has been clarified whether citizens of Armenian origin living in Khankendi will be involved in the election, Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, said at a press conference today, APA reports.
The CEC Chairman mentioned that all conditions have been created for Azerbaijani citizens with voting rights: ‘It does not matter which ethnicity they are. Any person presenting an ID card can vote. We have created conditions for all our citizens who have the right to vote.”
