Baku: A meeting was held between Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, and a member of the UK Parliament, the Minister for Aviation, Maritime and Decarbonisation, Keir Mather, the ministry told APA-Economics. During the meeting, information was provided about Azerbaijan’s transit potential, the modernization of urban transport infrastructure, the Baku Metro, and railway projects.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the sides also discussed digital transport systems, the Digital Transport Twin created on the basis of artificial intelligence, as well as the expansion of air connectivity with the United Kingdom and possibilities for increasing the number of flights.
