Baku:Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, recently engaged in discussions with Abdulfatah Kasim Mohamud, Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Somalia. This meeting occurred during the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Adil Karimli commended Somalia’s significant participation in the Forum and acknowledged Somalia’s consistent support for Azerbaijan’s causes on international platforms.
The discussions between the two ministers centered on the potential for cultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and Somalia. They explored the mutual exchange of experience and possibilities for expanding bilateral relations in the cultural domain.
The Somali minister expressed gratitude for the invitation to this globally significant event and praised the Government of Azerbaijan for its exemplary organization of the Forum. The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on various issues of mutual interest.
