Baku: Azerbaijan and Jordan will cooperate in the field of customs, APA reports. This initiative is part of a draft law concerning the ‘Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in the Field of Customs,’ which is to be reviewed during the Milli Majlis session.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the draft law was presented for discussion and subsequently put to a vote. The law was adopted in the first reading, marking a step towards strengthened cooperation between Azerbaijan and Jordan in customs operations.
