Lankaran: Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to initiate repairs on the Hirkan-Dashtatuk-Bilasar highway in the Lankaran district. The project aims to address the deteriorated sections of the road, thereby improving connectivity for the local population.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order includes an initial allocation of 1.5 million manats to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads. This funding will be used to restore the damaged sections and build retaining walls on the Hirkan-Dashtatuk-Bilasar highway. The road is a critical link for three residential areas, collectively home to 7,000 residents, underscoring its importance for local transportation and accessibility.
