The Center for Military Patriotism and Specialist Training under the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan has been abolished in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The corresponding decree was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan was instructed to prepare and submit proposals to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months in connection with the execution of part 1 of this decree to improve regulatory legal acts; in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to ensure the adoption of measures to resolve property and other issues of the Center for Military Patriotism and Specialist Training; to resolve other issues arising from this decree.
The State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan has been instructed to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to resolve issues arising from this decree
This decree cancels paragraphs 2, 4 and 5 of the decree of
the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 681 dated July 13, 2012 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2012 No. 7, Article 690; 2019, No. 5, Article 817; 2020, No. 5, Article 545; 2022, No. 8, Article 866) “On the establishment of Center for Military Patriotism and Specialist Training under the State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Mobilization and Conscription”.
