‘We have always observed the bilateral policy of the Armenian government against us. In May, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had said that they recognize Garabagh is an integral part of Azerbaijan, but in September, he sent a letter to the ‘president’ of the so-called regime,’ said Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) at a press conference on AIR Center’s activities for 2023, APA reports.
According to him, now Armenia is waging war against Azerbaijan through the media: ‘A certain part of this falls on the diaspora. There’s indeed a disagreement between the diaspora and the government of Armenia. But the Armenian government as well has a certain share here.”
