Tianjin: Armenian and Pakistani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Ishaq Dar have signed a joint communique on establishing diplomatic relations, as reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Trend News Agency, the ceremony took place in the Chinese city of Tianjin during the SCO summit. Both nations expressed their commitment to fostering cooperation based on the principles outlined in the UN Charter, which include respect for sovereignty, non-interference, and peaceful coexistence. They also agreed to exchange representatives and offer mutual support in alignment with the Vienna Convention of 1961.
