Ankara: The Ankara Administrative Court has dismissed the complaint filed by Gultekin Hajibeyli, as reported by APA’s Trkiye bureau. Hajibeyli, who has been in detention for nearly two months at the Catalca Removal Center in Trkiye, expressed her situation in a social media post, stating that she remains in closed prison-like conditions.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hajibeyli recently faced another legal setback when the Istanbul Administrative Court reviewed and subsequently rejected her application to suspend the deportation order against her. In a related development, the Ankara Administrative Court has sent an inquiry to the Istanbul Governorate following an application to annul the G-82 code.
