Baku: The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) has successfully conducted mine-clearance operations across several districts including Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavend, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan from January 5 to 11.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, these operations resulted in the detection and neutralization of 152 anti-personnel mines, 25 anti-tank mines, and 636 unexploded ordnance (UXOs). As a result, a substantial area of 875.1 hectares of land has been cleared, enhancing safety and accessibility in these regions.
