Baku:President Ilham Aliyev addressed the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party, where he remarked on the actions of both current and previous Armenian leadership.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Aliyev stated that all the blame for past conflicts cannot be solely placed on Armenia’s former leadership, despite labeling them as war criminals who must face punishment.
He further criticized the current Armenian leadership for making territorial claims against Azerbaijan and for using language that insulted and offended the Azerbaijani people. Aliyev emphasized the importance of remembering these actions.
