Tbilisi: Emin Jafarov, Head of the Competitions Department at the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), has been appointed by UEFA as a delegate for the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round match between Georgia’s Iberia and Northern Ireland’s Larne on August 11. The match will be played at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this appointment highlights the recognition of Jafarov’s expertise and experience in football management. His role as a delegate will involve overseeing the organizational aspects of the match and ensuring that the regulations set by UEFA are adhered to by both teams.
