Baku: On November 20, Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO), met with Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), who is visiting Azerbaijan. The CMO Press Service informed AZERTAC about this.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, during the meeting, Allahshukur Pashazadeh highlighted the significant role of the OTS in fulfilling a historical mission and acknowledged the important work carried out by the heads of state of the member countries.
Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev remarked on the significance of the Declaration signed in Shusha, which established the Council of Heads of Muslim Religious Boards of the Organization of Turkic States. He expressed gratitude to the CMO Chairman for his efforts in the establishment and operation of the Advisory Council.
The discussion also covered the upcoming plans of the OTS Council and its future meetings.
