Baku:An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Open Joint-Stock Company ABB) took place on September 30. Voting occurred remotely via shareholders’ personal accounts on the Investor Portal managed by the National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Anar Mehman Karimov, the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was elected as a member of the ABB OJSC Supervisory Board for a three-year term. The meeting also resulted in amendments to the Charter of ABB OJSC and its Supervisory Board Regulations.
