ABB Bank Unveils Second Phase of Bond Issuance

Baku: ABB Bank has announced plans to commence the second stage of its bond issuance on April 27, 2026. In this phase, the bank intends to release two tranches of bonds, each valued at 5 million manats. The annual yield is anticipated to be 9% for bonds with a one-year term and 10% for those with a two-year term. The subscription window for these bonds will be open for two weeks.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the primary goal of ABB Bank’s bond issuance is to offer regular and accessible investment opportunities to investors and to maintain sustainable operations in the nation’s capital markets. This initiative follows a successful first issuance in March, where 1-year and 2-year bonds, also worth 5 million manats each, were fully placed. The demand from investors was robust, with the volume of orders surpassing the available offer by approximately five times.

ABB Bank provides a range of modern and versatile products and services. Detailed information can be accessed at the bank’s branches and service offices, through its official website, by calling their Information Center, or via the bank’s official social media platforms.
