Baku: A delegation led by Deputy Commandant of Pakistan Navy War College, Commodore Ehsan Ahmed Khan, along with participants of the Academy’s Navy Staff Course, visited the Azerbaijan Naval Forces, as confirmed by the Ministry of Defence to APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during their visit to the headquarters, the delegation was warmly received by the First Deputy Commander of the Azerbaijan Naval Forces – Chief of Staff, 1st grade Captain Teymur Murshudov. Captain Murshudov acknowledged the pivotal role played by the Pakistan Navy in fostering cooperation with Azerbaijan and other leading naval forces globally.
The meeting featured an extensive exchange of views on several mutual interests, highlighting the collaborative spirit between the two naval forces. Following protocol, Commodore Ehsan Ahmed Khan signed the Book of Honor, marking the significance of the visit.
The delegation was further briefed on the operational aspects of the Azerbaijan Naval Forces, during which their inquiries were comprehensively addressed.
