Shusha: In September 2026, a vocational education center under Karabakh University will begin operating in the city of Shusha, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev announced. This development was revealed during the opening ceremony of the Center of Excellence and workshops for the ‘Operation of Renewable Energy Equipment and Installations’ program.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the minister also mentioned plans for a Vocational Lyceum in Fuzuli, which is expected to be established in 2027. This initiative is considered a significant step towards providing employment opportunities for citizens returning to the liberated territories.
