Baku: In January 2026, public catering turnover in Azerbaijan increased by 9.6% in real terms compared to the same period last year, reaching 219.2 million manats.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Statistical Committee reported that 50.3% of the turnover in the public catering sector accounted for legal entities, while 49.7% came from individual entrepreneurs engaged in this field.
Turnover generated by legal entities rose by 9.6% compared to January 2025, totaling 109.1 million manats.
