Baku: Reforms are constantly being carried out in Azerbaijan to humanize penal policy, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said in his statement to the press. Aliyev emphasized the ongoing efforts to address issues within the penal system.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Aliyev mentioned that they are familiar with the report of the Council of Europe but do not agree with some of the points mentioned in it. He stated, “Wherever we see problems, we take steps accordingly. Measures in this direction will continue.”
