Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has declared that Azerbaijani wrestlers have once again proven their dominance in Europe. “Every time our flag is raised at international competitions, the entire Azerbaijani people experience a sense of pride and joy,” President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated in a post on his social media account X.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized the achievements of the nation’s wrestlers, highlighting their status as number one in Europe. The head of state expressed the collective pride and joy felt by the Azerbaijani people whenever their flag is raised in international arenas.
