Baku: President Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan has successfully attracted over $300 billion in foreign investment. The statement was made during the opening ceremony of the 240 MW ‘Khizi-Absheron’ Wind Power Plant.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Aliyev emphasized the favorable investment conditions in Azerbaijan, contributing to the influx of foreign capital. He also highlighted the country’s strong financial status, noting that recent reforms have been recognized by leading global rating agencies. The President pointed out that Azerbaijan’s credit rating has been improved to an investment-grade level with a positive outlook.
