Baku: President Ilham Aliyev recently emphasized the significance of the Charter on Strategic Partnership signed between the U.S. Government and the Government of Azerbaijan, describing it as a historic document. The announcement was made during a meeting focused on the unified action plan titled ‘Azerbaijan’s New Digital Architecture.’
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted that the Charter, signed in the previous day’s meeting, offers significant advantages. He mentioned that the document is already accessible to the public and includes critical components such as data centers, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and robust connections with American companies. President Aliyev underscored the importance of these elements as strategic assets for Azerbaijan.
