Baku: Mammadbagir Javad Aliyev has been awarded the “Honor” order for his significant contributions to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Russia and his long-term effective public service, APA reports. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed an Order in this regard.
