Baku:President Ilham Aliyev stated that if Heydar Aliyev had been in Azerbaijan during critical times, he would have prevented separatist tendencies in Garabagh.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev made these remarks during his speech at the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party. He expressed confidence that Heydar Aliyev would have shielded the Azerbaijani people from significant challenges.
The president highlighted that the Azerbaijani people placed their hopes for salvation solely in Heydar Aliyev, recognizing his potential to avert the difficulties they faced.
