Baku:President Ilham Aliyev highlighted key areas for investment in Azerbaijan during the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Aliyev emphasized the importance of infrastructure that serves transnational interests, focusing on transportation, logistics, physical, and software infrastructure. He noted that while Azerbaijan can construct bridges, ports, and ships, it is crucial to align with modern trends in digitalization and customs administration and simplify cargo handling procedures to stay competitive.
Another significant area identified by President Aliyev for investment is electricity transmission lines, an area where he sees enormous potential for development.
