Baku:President Ilham Aliyev emphasized that the political course of the National Leader remains unchanged during his address at the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party YAP).
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev noted that while tactical and strategic goals may adapt over time, the fundamental course remains consistent. He highlighted key elements such as independence, statehood, economic independence, a strong military potential, and the ability to fully utilize national capabilities as core aspects of this enduring political direction.
