Baku: The Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) extended congratulations to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice-President, Mehriban Aliyeva, on the occasion of the Novruz and Ramadan holidays.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Speaker Sahiba Gafarova made the proposal during the parliamentary session held today. The proposal was well-received and met with applause from those present.
