According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro emphasized the urgent need to reduce tensions and return to dialogue in the region. The ministry reiterated Montenegro’s solidarity with the people of Azerbaijan and called for immediate steps towards de-escalation.
