Media Chief Highlights State-Media-Society Unity in Overcoming Global Challenges


Baku: The organization of WUF13 in Baku signifies the international community’s high regard for Azerbaijan’s advancements in urban planning, stated Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of MEDIA, at the opening ceremony of the 3rd Forum titled ‘Public processes in the media sphere’, APA reports. He emphasized that the ‘Smart City’ and ‘Smart Village’ projects in the liberated territories are transforming Karabakh and East Zangezur.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ahmad Ismayilov highlighted that the revival of Karabakh represents more than just regional restoration. It exemplifies Azerbaijan’s intellectual and economic strength and its contribution to modern urban development. Ismayilov stressed that new constructions in Shusha, Aghdam, and Fuzuli symbolize the nation’s commitment to historical heritage and its future vision.



Ismayilov remarked that the effective communication model tested during COP29 demonstrated the power of unity among the state, media, and society in overcoming global challenges. He expressed confidence that similar successes would be achieved during WUF13, leading to even greater professional accomplishments.
