Baku:President Ilham Aliyev spoke at the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party YAP) about the public’s desire for the political leadership of Heydar Aliyev.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that the establishment of the New Azerbaijan Party was also a reflection of the people’s demand.
He reiterated that the return of Heydar Aliyev to power was driven by the populace’s strong call for his leadership.
