Baku: France will participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) with a large delegation, as confirmed by French Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Sophie Laghout. The French delegation is set to arrive in Baku starting Sunday.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the delegation will include representatives from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French National Assembly and Senate, as well as several academics. Additionally, officials from France’s local executive authorities will be part of the visit.
The ambassador also highlighted that various French institutions will be represented, including the French Ministry for Ecological Transition, the French Development Agency, and the French Expertise Agency. Local self-government bodies and civil society representatives will also participate in the forum.
