Aghdam: Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, announced that projects outlined in the ‘First State Program on the Great Return’ are progressing on schedule across these liberated territories.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Huseynov detailed ongoing reconstruction efforts in the 4th and 5th residential complexes, as well as in the Eyvazkhanbayli and Bash Garvand villages. These four settlements are anticipated to be completed by the end of the year. The completion of these projects is expected to facilitate the return of 8,000 residents to the city of Aghdam, with 427 and 851 families relocating to Eyvazkhanbayli and Bash Garvand villages, respectively, during the initial phase.
