Diplomatic Corps Explores Reconstruction Efforts in Karabakh and East Zangezur


Baku: The first day of the visit by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan to Karabakh and East Zangezur has concluded, APA reports. The visit aimed to provide the diplomats with an opportunity to observe the ongoing restoration and construction efforts, as well as the newly established infrastructure in the region.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the visit began with an inspection of the Khankendi Railway and Bus Terminal Complex, where participants were briefed on the activities and developments taking place. The diplomatic delegation then proceeded to the Culture Center in Khankendi, where they were welcomed by Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.



The itinerary also included a visit to “Victory” Park, where the diplomats took a commemorative photo in front of the Victory Arch. Further, the delegation toured Karabakh University, receiving insights into the facilities and academic activities offered by the institution.
