According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mammadov highlighted the efforts of state-owned entities under the newly formed ‘AZCON Holding.’ These entities, which include several mobile and stationary communication operators, have initiated the use of green energy in their operations. Specifically, they have started powering some base stations and technical tunnels with renewable energy sources.

This transition marks a significant step in Azerbaijan’s commitment to sustainable development and aligns with its ongoing digital and AI advancements.
