Baku: Bitcoin has made significant gains, nearing the $69,000 mark once more as growth is observed across major assets in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, citing CoinMarketCap, the global cryptocurrency market capitalization has increased by 4.58%, reaching $2.36 trillion, with the CMC20 index rising by 5.51% to 142.56 points.
Over the last 24 hours, Bitcoin (BTC) has increased by 4.88%, reaching a value of $68,752.97. Ethereum (ETH) has also seen a rise of 8.62%, climbing to $2,076.44. Other notable gains among the top 10 assets include BNB with a 5.88% increase, Monero (XMR) up by 5.37%, Zcash (ZEC) rising by 6.60%, and Bittensor (TAO) gaining 5.99%.
Meanwhile, PAX Gold (PAXG) and Tether Gold (XAUt) saw slight increases of 0.06% and 0.05%, respectively. In contrast, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) experienced a decline of 0.28%. Analysts have attributed these positive market dynamics mainly to increased capital inflows into ETFs and a rising risk appetite in global financial markets.
