Baku: Fans from 38 countries have already purchased tickets for the 2026 World Judo Championships in Baku, Rashad Rasullu, Executive Vice President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, told AZERTAC. The competition has generated interest among judo followers worldwide.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, since the opening of ticket sales, there has been notable engagement from both local and international judo enthusiasts. Tickets for the World Championships have been secured by fans from 38 countries, highlighting the international appeal of the event in Baku.
The World Judo Championships are scheduled to take place at the National Gymnastics Arena from October 4 to 11.
