Azerbaijan’s State Budget Revenues Surpass Forecast by 5.4%


Baku: Azerbaijan’s state budget for 2025 saw revenues executed at approximately 39.2 billion manats, exceeding forecasts by 5.4%, while expenditures amounted to 38.6 billion manats, reflecting an increase of 2.4%. This financial performance was highlighted in the ‘Report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025,’ which was presented during a session of the Milli Majlis.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the report details the fiscal year’s economic outcomes and was a focal point of discussion among lawmakers. The revenue growth indicates a positive economic trend for the nation, while the controlled increase in expenditures suggests effective financial management by the government. The session underscored the importance of these results in shaping future economic strategies and policies.
