Baku:President Ilham Aliyev addressed attendees at the 8th Congress of the New Azerbaijan Party YAP), where he criticized the current Armenian leadership for making territorial claims against Azerbaijan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Aliyev accused the Armenian leaders of attempting to insult and offend the dignity of the Azerbaijani people through inappropriate statements. He emphasized that such actions should not be forgotten.
Aliyev also mentioned that, while the blame should not be placed entirely on the previous Armenian leadership, he considers them war criminals who must be held accountable for their actions.
