Kuala lumpur: Azerbaijani culture was presented in Malaysia during the Intercultural Day festival titled “Heritage in Harmony – Celebrating Cultures Together” held at the Fairview International School Kuala Lumpur. The festival was attended by representatives from Azerbaijan, alongside delegations from Malaysia, China, South Korea, India, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, the Philippines, and Myanmar.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event was supported by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Malaysia and organized by the local community. The national corner showcased souvenirs, kelaghayi (Azerbaijani women’s silk headwear), and traditional dishes reflecting the country’s rich heritage. Visitors explored Azerbaijani culture, as well as tasted national dishes.
