Moscow: Azerbaijani Ambassador to Moscow Rahman Mustafayev and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin convened in Moscow to address ongoing matters in the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia. The meeting took place on April 28.
