Baku: Azerbaijan has announced an extension of its benefits program to provide housing for war veterans and martyrs’ families until 2030. The initiative, targeting individuals affected by military operations from 2020 to 2023, aims to support those who defended the country’s territorial integrity and constitutional order.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to facilitate this program. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population will collaborate with the President to approve and implement an action plan. This plan will ensure that the families receive apartments or private houses in a phased manner, starting from 2021 through 2030.
