Baku: The day-to-day operations of Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company (AZAL) will be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members – a chairman and six deputy chairmen, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the appointment and dismissal of members of the company’s Board of Directors have been entrusted to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
