Shusha: The Azerbaijani side has positively evaluated the recent meeting in Abu Dhabi, describing it as being conducted on a constructive basis. Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, shared these insights with journalists at the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hajiyev emphasized the unique nature of the meeting, noting the absence of any mediators or third parties. This aspect highlights the bilateral nature of the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, an initiative led by Azerbaijan. Over the past two years, negotiations have consistently been conducted at this bilateral level, resulting in notable progress in advancing the peace agenda.
