Baku: The service of a diplomatic service employee will be terminated in the event of death, as well as when a court decision that has entered into legal force declares the person missing or deceased, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this is reflected in the newly proposed Article 30.1.14 of the Law ‘On Diplomatic Service,’ discussed today at a meeting of the International Relations and Interparliamentary Ties Committee of the Milli Majlis.
In such cases, the heirs of the diplomatic service employee will be paid an allowance equal to four times the average monthly state salary.
