The Netherlands launched EXPO-2017 website
The Internet resource was designed based on the electronic portal of the National Agency for Trade and Investment of the Netherlands. On the website for the first time the Netherlands presented a logo for EXPO 2017 and the slogan “Low Land, High Energy” reflecting the achievements of the Dutch in the development of advanced technologies and innovations in the field of alternative energy.
The Internet users can find the information about the Dutch national pavilion at EXPO-2017, the program of events with the ability to send e-applications for exhibitors and visitors, as well as useful contacts in Kazakhstan.
In the “Doing Business in Kazakhstan” topic it was emphasized that the exhibition in Astana will provide the Dutch entrepreneurs with the opportunities to establish business contacts in the fields of alternative energy, agriculture, “green” technologies and innovations. It’s planned to publish on the website information about the trade missions of the Netherlands in Kazakhstan, planned for June-September 2017.
Particular attention will be paid to the work with students – “the next generation of innovators”. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan noted that the Dutch delegation plans to hold a campaign “Innovation Challenge”, aimed at the exchange of knowledge between the Dutch and Kazakhstani students.
In addition, on the eve of the opening of the official website in the Netherlands Ambassador of Kazakhstan Magzhan Ilyassov and National Commissioner of the Netherlands Hans Drisser discussed issues related to the forthcoming visit of the Dutch delegation to Kazakhstan to participate in the third meeting of the International Commissioners of the exhibition on February 22-23 in Astana.
