The meeting of representatives of Baku and Armenians of Karabakh ended in Yevlakh at about 17 o’clock. According to the official report, the issues of reintegration of the Armenian population of Karabakh, as well as the restoration of the region’s infrastructure and its functioning were discussed at the meeting. The Azerbaijani side was represented by the deputy of the Milli Majlis, Special Representative of the Government of Azerbaijan Ramin Mammadov, and the Armenian side – by Sergey Martirosyan and David Melkumyan, who call themselves deputies of the Parliament of Karabakh
