Tamara Duissenova appointed the Minister of Labor and Social Protection

By the presidential decree, Tamara Duissenova is appointed the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Akorda Press Service informs.

To appoint Tamara Duissenova the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, relieving her of duties of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the decree says.

Born January 11, 1965, in South Kazakhstan region, Tamara Duissenova graduated in 1987 from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy, Engineer-Economist, PhD in Economics.

T.Duissenova began her career after graduating the institute in 1988 as an IT teacher of secondary school at Saryagash district of South Kazakhstan region.

1988-1992, Economist at Research Institute of Economics and Standards under the State Plan of the Uzbek SSR; 1992-1993, Senior Economist at Saryagash district administration; 1993-1994, department head at Perizat Holding; 1994-1997, Advisor, Deputy and First Deputy Akim of Saryagash district; 1997-1999, First Deputy Akim of Shymkent; 1999-2002, Deputy Akim of South Kazakhstan region; 2002-2006, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2006-2008, Deputy Akim of South Kazakhstan region; 2008-2013, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2013, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Acting Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population. On August 6, 2014, T. Duissenova was appointed the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
