Social partnership: Gulshara Abdykalikova meets with activists, business and trade unions of Shymkent
Visiting social and industrial facilities, Abdykalikova held a meeting with students at Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, where the main directions of state youth policy, as well as the implementation of activities within the Year of Youth were discussed.
Abdykalikova familiarized herself with the work of industrial enterprises Alem BT LLP, LuxShoes JV, Bal Textiles JV, which use new technologies for the production of hosiery, carpets and shoes.
As of April 1, thirteen projects have been implemented on the territory of the FEZ for an investment amount of 29.5 billion tenge. In total, 1,396 workplaces were created, including 1,227 for large and low-income families.
In the Kaynar business center, the vice premier held a meeting with district akims, heads of large enterprises, business structures and trade unions on the development of social partnership and social responsibility.
Speaking at the event, Abdykalikova emphasized the words of Elbasy that the development of the country as a socially-oriented state is a priority. We must not allow social dependency. She appealed to the business community to actively help low-income workers to solve their pressing issues.
Abdykalikova also familiarized herself with the work of the City Territorial Center for the Provision of Social Services. Special social services are rendered here through spiritual and educational, medical and remedial work, taking into account the individual needs of service recipients, their socialization, and adaptation to the environment. About 300 people receive rehabilitation annually.
In addition, Abdykalikova visited the Samgau Senim Center, which provides assistance to individuals and families in difficult life situations as a result of ill-treatment, victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Today, 227 people have already received special social services.
She inspected the work of the city Employment Center. Since the beginning of the year, the institution has provided services to 5,810 citizens. Today 2,437 people found permanent jobs, there are 5,430 vacancies.
Also, the deputy prime minister visited a low-income family, where she got acquainted with the living conditions and answered social questions of interest.
The personal reception of citizens completed the working trip, during which the housing issue of A. Mamanazarova, a mother of a large family, who raises 5 small children, was resolved. In May, she will receive a long-awaited apartment.
The working trip will continue in Zhambyl region.
