SKR, Hungary discussed development of relations in agriculture


As the Akimat informed, both sides discussed the development of agriculture and the transport and logistics sector, as well as the economic opportunities of the region. In particular, they discussed the growth of agriculture indicators.

South Kazakhstan region is leading in the development of the greenhouses, 91% are in the southern region. As we know, Hungary has extensive experience in this field. In addition, the head of the region noted the development of not only commercial but also cultural and humanitarian relations.

Guests from Hungary planned to open an honorary consulate of Hungary in the southern region. In turn, this shows that the decision was made after studying the rate of growth and potential of the region. Also, the opportunity to exchange students for education will be provided.

The relationship between the two countries is strenghening. The main component of Kazakhstan’s exports is mineral fuels, chemical fertilizers, equipment and machinery. The two countries established close energy, parliamentary, cultural and humanitarian ties.
